using a foot pedal.
This photo features a vintage Latin Percussion cowbell from the 1960's, but the cowbell is easily detachable, permitting another
cowbell to be substituted.
This is highly superior to the currently available floor-mounted cowbell pedal because
1) the cowbell is at ear level instead of on the floor;
2) it is struck with a wooden stick instead of a pedal beater; and
3) the cowbell can be played with a combination of hand(s) and foot.
